Herman Poelmann
Herman is the spiritual founder of VERT Company through Pole Group, and this concept was his brainchild. With more than 35 years experience in the apparel industry, including 30 in Asia, his work has focused on purchasing, product and brand strategy and development, and international corporate restructuring. His motto: “Only a business based on values can create value”.

Hoang Huu Chuong
Chuong founded VERT Company together with Herman in Vietnam and is the de-facto Chairman. Chuong heads one of the first private Vietnamese companies, Nguyen Hoang Exim, and is a highly-respected member of the Vietnamese garment manufacturing community. For the past 20 years, Chuong has developed a leading children’s wear brand in Vietnam and as well as running two large production units and other interests in real estate.

Alexander Falter
Alex manages all VERT operations together with an enthusiastic team of managers and workers. With a commercial background in shoes and accessories and international branding, Alex is based in Hanoi, Vietnam since early 2009. Alex is very keen to make VERT Company the best garment manufacturer in Asia by challenging conventional wisdom and proving that sustainable harmony can be achieved within the garment industry.
